If you wish to contact or address our Board:
Public Comment- This is an opportunity for the public to speak on
any issue related to the school. Commentary from the public is limited
to three minutes per individual. Please notify the Board President
of your desire to speak before the public meeting is convened: and
be prepared to state your name and city of residence for the record
prior to making your statement.
Under the provisions of the Brown Act, the Board of Directors is prohibited
from taking action on oral comments/requests. However, the Board President
may respond briefly or refer the communication to staff. The Board
President may also request an item related to your communication to
be placed on a future Board Meeting agenda.
Note: Members who wish to notify the Board of a perceived
confidential issue may do so by sending a letter directly to Board
President Lance Clark, c/o Hesperia Sheriff Station, 9393 Santa Fe
Avenue East, Hesperia, CA 92345. The Board President will evaluate
the communique and determine the appropriate administrative action.
Representative Presentations - Student, parent, and staff representatives
may address the Board and provide informational items related to their
experiences at the school, school activities, upcoming events, and
achievements.
