Parents are encouraged to play an active role in creating a positive and productive learning environment in the home and at school through:

• Attending parent/teacher conferences.
• Attending school meetings.
• Volunteering to serve on Summit Leadership Academy - High Desert's school projects, Charter Advisory Committee, School Site Council, and/or on various school ad-hoc committees.
• Adhering to the goals and objectives of Summit Leadership Academy - High Desert.
• Providing records from previous school(s).
• Representing the parent population and the Charter Advisory Committee as presenters to the Board of Directors.
